We store your verified email address, account identifier, optional name, plan, generation history, credit usage, and provider costs to operate the service. Google sign-in shares your verified email, profile name, and account identifier. Gmail aliases share one account and allowance.
We send transactional sign-in and account emails. With your optional consent, we may also use your email for Caimeo advertising and offers. You can withdraw consent in Account at any time. Paid accounts are excluded from Caimeo marketing lists, including after cancellation. We do not sell your email address.
Cloudflare hosts the app, accounts, images, and transactional email. OpenAI processes idea descriptions and directions to generate and measure ideas and images; we do not send it your email. Lemon Squeezy processes payments as merchant of record. PostHog Cloud EU provides anonymous, cookieless usage analytics; we do not send it email addresses, creative directions, or generated text. These providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
Essential cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; sign-in challenge records are removed after a day. Saved ideas and analytics preferences can be stored in your browser. Account and generation records remain while needed to provide the service, support billing, and prevent abuse. Payment records may be retained as required by law. Contact us to request access, correction, export, deletion, or to object to processing. You may complain to your data-protection authority.
